The Agulu Water Scheme is a crucial water supply project aimed at serving the communities in the Agulu area and its surroundings, including neighboring towns such as Adazi, Adazi Nnukwu, Obeledu, and Akwaeze. The scheme was originally flagged off in 2011 with significant investment aimed at improving access to clean water in these regions, in line with the Millennium Development Goals.
